Start with each skier’s main setup
Create a record for each pair of skis or snowboard, then add the person who uses it, the brand, size or length, and a clear photo. Photograph bindings and labels as well. For boots, include the size and current storage location so pairs do not become separated from their owner’s gear.
Keep related gear together
Helmets, goggles, poles, gloves, outerwear, and boot bags are easier to manage when linked to a main setup or organized by person. Use a grouped entry for everyday accessories and separate entries for distinctive or higher-cost equipment you want to identify quickly.
